I have a 4 and a 5 ton unit (heat pump) on top of an industrial building. I need 2 #8s and a #10 ground correct? What size disconnect and breakers will I need for these two units and is this wire what I need for the heat pump also?

You need to read the manufacturers label on the unit(s), looking for Minimum Circuit Amps and Maximum Overcurrent Protection Device.
Get back with those values and we can help from there.

Industrial building?
Call an electrician. He'll know exactly what wire and breakers to use.
If you have to ask questions like this over the internet you obviously should not be doing electrical work in a commercial/industrial setting.
Sorry, just my professional opinion.

Isn't that a big Liabilty, possibly illegal? I'm pretty sure here, commercial buildings HAVE to hire licensed professionals.
