Hi I'm cassandra I'm 12 yrs old 13 in march I'm 17 and half stones and I hate my body I can't wear skirts 2 skool because someone will just say oh why is that fattie wearing a skirt oh go weight watches here comes the earth quiche I just want to be able to wear short skirts and be able to fit in a size 10 not a size 20 like what the hell size 20 I fell sick when I look in the mirror and I want boys to like me xxxx please help me x

To lose weight at such a young age you need Professional assistance and management.
First stop would be your own GP as they will put you in touch with the right people.

For starters STOP eating junk food of ANY description and start exercising regularly.

I know from experinces that eating disorders may seem like an easy weight loss option but please don't think they are a "healthy" way to lose weight.To lose weight you must work out. You can start slow but just don't get carried away. I am 14 and have issues with eating disorders,and they end with rehab and trips to the emergency room. Sometimes it really isn't what you eat its how much you eat. Try small portions of food, and always eat breakfast remember to drink water and stay away from soda. That way you can eat what you want but not a lot. I hope this helped. And remember everyone has a part of their body that they hate. We are only humans. If you need to talk, don't worry, I know what your dealing with. I have so much advice.

Hey hon , Guess what I'm 12 to! And believe me I know how you feel , but that's no reason to feel bad about yourself. Sometimes when I'm out with my friends.. people stare at me and think " Ok dude she so needs to loose weight " But its all right you just need to be you for who you are.. don't go and hide. Look all I'm trying to say is think on your feet do what your heart tells you and don't feel bad just because one skin head meanie said something bad about you.. the only reason people judge is because there jealous. They want to be just like you. Ive been called names.. hurt... crushed.. but I don't give up. I let them know who I am and tell them to leave me alone and if they have a problem go to hell. And if your really trying to loose weight what I do is 1. eat a good breakfast don't think that eating chocolate coated cereals will make you put on weight it doesn't. Having a good breakfast is just a good way to start your day. 2. don't stay away from the foods you love.. eat them but not all the time. 3. just eating healthy things is actually bad for you. You need to keep your blood sugar up. Have your favorites but remember to include those healthy things as well.
