This is an old black and white movie, made in the 40's or 50's, about a girl who lives with her alcoholic father and her younger brother. They are super poor and live in a shack. The dad rapes the daughter and she and her brother kill him and bury him in the yard. The girl ends up getting arrested and the cop, or doctor, ends up helping her in court. The girl and the helping guy are the lead actors. Please help me figure out what this movie is called!
