MY ex has a corporation and she 1099ed me for 11k, I never received a copy she just sent it in to the IRS. I send the IRS a letter with details and they said it was a civil issue and I had to pay the tax.

I also sent all my deposits for the year from the bank showing no deposits from her or the company!

This is wrong!

You also appeal your tax return, based on false and fraud on the part of your ex with the 1099.
