I replaced a draft motor on my ruud 80% gas furnace,everything works except I noticed that it ignites almost immediately,say 2-3 seconds after draft motor starts as before it was about 10 seconds,does this matter?. it has standing pilot... the new motor didn't have the small holes at bottom of draft motor housing to mount the small safety type switch,so I mounted switch to one of the existing housing mounting screws? this switch looks like a small oval fire stat per se.. with 2 spade clips,1 on top and one spade on bottom and a mounting holes at each end of oval on switch,with a button type look,so I mounted it to draft motor housing at bottom with existing screw on housing that mounts to cabinet.. thanks for any help
