and ***..... am not trying to kill my self. ok keep that in mind. just tell me the names and how to take them in a proper way without killing myself?
I am not interested in killing myself, I have read this coloum before, god will help you , talk to me,. etc etc. why I would like to know is because, I used to play lot of computer games late at night, some times whole night, later on that became a habit. And now I feel very week in the morning, though I want to sleep I can't get any. I feel dull. That why I need help. And if these are symptoms of something *** let me know and it cure as well.
Thank you,

How about asking the Doctor who prescribes them... and the pharmacist (Chemist in certain parts of the english speaking world) who dispenses them.

You don't just buy these in the corner Grocery store. They are prescription medications and you have to see a doctor to get them.

Sleeping pills should be your last resort.

Exercise, sunlight, relaxing and a healthy diet will go a long way to help you get into a natural sleep pattern.

As soon as yo ucome off any sleeping tablets your back to square one again.

If you give your body a fighting chance it will find its own natural rhythm.

thank you,

Have you stopped playing video games? If not, that's your first step.

Playing video games excites the mind and can cause insomnia.

What about your diet? Too much sugar? Any alcohol? Drugs?

Medications such as sleeping pills can be addictive. The first thing to try is lifestyle changes.

Have you tried Melatonin? It's a natural sleep aid. As a night shift worker who sleeps during the day, I personally love it.
