I have one week old kittens with flea infestation. Around a year ago I bought a product called KITTEN SAFE flea spray. It worked very well on my kittens. Over the last year I have had 3 litters of kittens from 2 queens and 3 males. I've lost 2 male kittens by a male cat that wasn't the father and I lost one from this litter due to a Shizdoodle who thinks his job around the house is to clean all the cats and that is exactly what he thought he was doing... very vigerously I might add and killed a kitten cleaning him. The queen has now moved the kittens in a place where no one or anything can get to the kittens except for me. I'm the only person or animal allowed near the kittens. Making a short story long, does anyone know where I can find the originators of KITTEN SAFE?

I am unsure where you can find it, but - if you have had a flea issue in the past, you should keep your cats (and all household pets) on a monthly flea prevention. Do NOT cheap out and get one from the pet store, especially Hartz or Zodiac.

What you should do is treat the mother with flea prevention such as Revolution. You can bathe the kittens in warm water and Dawn Dish detergent, but be very careful to keep them warm so they don't chill. Use a flea comb to pick all the fleas off.

Thanks, I'm aware of all the above especially staying away from anything Hartz!
I appreciate the reply.
