I have a print of a watercolor done by Albrecht Dürer.

In the left hand corner of the print it says: 185- Durer - Young Hare. In the opposite corner it says Penn Prints, New York.

I would just like to know where it may have come from, age of the print and relative (if any) value.

Any information you might give would be appreciated! Thanks so much!

Albrecht Durer was a german painter and did a number of woodblock printing. He lived between 1471 and 1528. The painting of the hare was done in 1502 and you should see that number under the print. You obviously have a print from the shop you mentioned. There are thousand of copies of his prints and unless this is an exceptional copy and framing, it has minor value. Go to www.albrecht-durer.org to see the hare.
