I have a released a song in Canada and it is being played on the internet in the USA and other parts of the world. I have registered with Soundexchange. The US entity that collects royalties for internet music play and they want me to fill out form W-8BEN. Since I am from Canada is it better for me to fill it out in my personal name or limited corporation business name? What are the tax advantages if any?

I co-wrote the song as a paid employee of the corporation. The corporation paid for the recording of the song and associatied radio promotion expenses. So I would say the corporation owns the song.
