Hi I am a young mother of 2 and fixing to get married in 5months.. and I am currently at 210 lbs, (before 1st pregnancy weight was 155lbs) and have not been able to shake the lbs since! I am looking to loose 50-60 lbs in a matter of 3 months,
I have Tried diet&excersize and lost a few lbs but not much help at all.. Maby lbs in a month! I am having a really hard
Time losing this weight, I also have other health problems that my doctor said my weight is not helping matters with, and he wants me to loose it asap.
And he told me I should be about 130lbs, but I am just trying for 160 (give or take a few lbs)
ANY recommendations on some pills to help that are safe (as safe as diet pills can be) would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thank you!

I'm sorry to tell you, but diet pills are not the answer. (Your doctor didn't give you the names of "safe" ones? How did he tell you to lose weight?) You must change the way you eat and move your body, and can hope to lose about 7-10 pounds a month. If you lose more than that, you're playing with fire, plus, after the wedding, you will shoot back up to the weight you are now and higher.

Your doctor should first prescribe a diuretic which will help get rid of water weight. He or a nutritionist should put together a food plan for you (and you must stick to it). Then throw in daily exercise. At your local public library, find the Weight Watchers' books, for both diet and for exercise (in two difference places at the library). Their plan is a good one and will keep you healthy for the rest of your life.
