Ok my sister works a bar job, maybe once or twice a week... She still does not come home nearly every night. She spends most of her free time at her boyfriends or out drinking the night away. My father, mother, and myself live in the same house as her. I am the primary bread winner, as my father is disabled. I make very good money. My sister gets food stamps for the cildren but never uses them all for here and I end up paying for their meals, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, school supplies, clothes, etc... My sister was receiving child support from their father, however he has come to stay at our house and find a job here to be closer to his children. Their father is always telling me how he believes I should have the kids, that my sister and him are not responsible enough to take care of them. I wake my niece up for school and dress her and feed her. I work full time 3 days a week 12 hour days and my prents babyset when I am not here. On the days I am here I take care of the 3 year old while the 6 year old is in school. I pay for my sisters phone bill and car as well. I just want to know is there any way I could get custody of these babies? They need a constant guardian and I am mostly the one who is here making sure they are taken care of.

For starters you need to stop enabling your sister. Then you might have a case. But as of now you don't have much in the way of neglected children. Why can't either parent care for the children? Are there drugs involved?
