My New York high eficiency furnace cycles every 10 minuites,is this right?

Have you tried changing the filter??

If its new ,filter should be good,but check anyway. If its real cold and you are lacking somewhere in insulation every 10 minutes might have to be the norm. Also if its new you could call out the installer and have him check it over,it should be covered.
