Anyone know this movie? Teen sweethearts elope. They have a beautiful life together as a young couple and she is soon pregnant. Then they find out that they may actually be half-siblings. It appears they have the same father, with her father having had an affair with his mother (or vice versa) that was kept a big secret in their small town; besides the parents, only the town doctor knows. They find out somehow ( I think through the young couple's doctor calling her hometown doctor for records) that they are apparently half brother and sister and they are about to give birth to an illegitimate child. The young woman gets advice from a hooker who lives near them where she can get a "back alley abortion", and she chooses to do this without her husband's knowledge. It goes bad and she will never be able to bear a child again. Then, they find out later that the "possible siblings" story is only a story, a mind game the wealthy man's wife was playing with him, so they are not actually siblings. A very sad and maddening ending. Anyone?
