I have a temporary court order for child support and am currently still married, waiting for my husband to finalize the settlement agreement that I presented to him over 3 years ago. Needless to say I have exhausted my resourses battling him for a divorce. My husband, our child's father, has missed the last 2 child support payments. He is currently out from his job on disability but is receiving monthly disabiltiy payments. How do I get him to pay the child support?

Good question, to start you take him back to court for contempt, you check with your local child suport enforcement office

And spend more money that I do not have?? There has to be a another way to collect what is court ordered WITHOUT me paying $350/hr to my attorney...

Are you collecting that child support or is it being handled by the state?
If its by the state (free) then ask them what is going on.

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.
Many areas have agencies to collect support and disability payments can be garnished for support.
