A interuium care order just ran out due to go court jan 4th my son at the moment still with grandparents as he got took of his mother.. I am suppose to see my son regulary but social services make this orkward as I have a police record of gbg abh etc but never in my police record have I ever harmed a child I'm living with my girlfriend who has 5 childrn when my girlfriend was ill we had help with social services but now we are of them the new my record then and still allowed my girlfriend kids to come back to us and come of social services... where would I stand if I just had my son say next week and didn't take him back to the grandparents what would be my rights is there anythg they could do to take him from me??
