I bought a hunter model 40135 and trying to replace an old honeywell for my heat and air system. The honeywell is wired e, aux, y,g,o,l,r,b,c. The hunter is y,g,w, and rc,rh. I do not know what goes to the rh or rc. Can you help me.

Red goes to rc/rh. It should also have a jumper from rc to rh. Y is yellow green is green w is white. If you have gas heat that's all you need. If you have a heat pump you need o which is orange but if you do not have o you put a jumper between y and w also. Now the t-stat will have to be set to electric or gas on the back of it. There will be a switch or little pin jumpers. Make sure you power is shut off during this little project or you will have to pay for a pro to fix you boo boo.
