Hi. I had my period on 7th Dec I had sex with my husband on the 18th & 20th of Dec - expected ovualtion date was 19th Dec... Today (Dec 22) I experienced some light bleeding when I went to the bathroom - it is a light brownish color & mostly only when I wipe. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy?? When do I take a test as my period wasn't suppose to come again until Jan 3rd 2011.

The light, brown spotting is likely from having had sex in recent days. Is would be far too soon for anything like implantation spotting, which the majority of women never see.

Some women do start to have symptoms prior to a missed period, but they are often similar to those of a period getting ready to come on. Unfortunately, you really will need to wait and see what happens when your next period is due.
