Hey hey chfaber.. Couldn't find the old thread? I posted all the new information there, but I can repost the new stuff here... see below.
At a minimum you need to add a toilet vent to the toilet branch drain (see my top image below), or you could add a vent to the toilet branch and pick up the lavatory off the toilet vent (called wet venting the sink... see middle image), but either way you need to add a 2" vent to the toilet branch, OK?
The tub drain also needs an 1.5" vent added to it as the vent stack is more than 5 feet away from the tub drain, OR you can wet vent the whole bathroom as I discussed in detail with you earlier (see last image)... ;)
Up to you...

I'm sorry, I attached the wrong picture. See the new pic. Just wanted to know if the fittings I have listed will work. I just have the ones listed that I'm changing. The rest of the plumbing was already in place.
Thanks.

All is fine. You could reduce the vent size at the washer and the sink to 1.5" and then increase where they join up to 2" forward.
The toilet vent wye fitting needs to roll above the centerline of the toilet. It was hard to show that in the little drawins... see image below.
Remember, no sanitary tees on the horizontal, OK?
Otherwise, all looks good. Consider adding an 1.5" vent for the tub, if possible.
Off to work again.. I'll check back later.
