Find your original sentencing paperwork and carefully read the part where the Judge has already decided what sort of punishment you will get should you violate your probation. You will find out at your VOP hearing what he finally decides as your punishment.

Well, I have a felony drug charge with a 2 year probation. I have completed the community service, and the drug classes, and paid 1000.00 towards my fee. But I moved 2 hours away from Denver where I was on probation. I got pregnant, (I was 45 at the time) and had a high risk pregnancy. My probation officer told me they would not transfer my probation, so I did nothing except I did tell my Dr. what was going on. She drug tested me throughout my whole pregnancy, all were negative. She has written a letter for me to give to the judge on my behalf. I also attended 1&1/2 years of parenting classes on my own. I also have a letter from them on my behalf. I have violated probation 2 other times. I have a 500 cash bond, and want to turn myself in, and go to court. Do you think that I may be able to transfer my probation at that time?
My daughter was also born by c-section and is now 20 months. Thank -you for looking at this letter.
