In amending discovery. 1st set for questions, 1st set for req for docs.
I received response to docs I requested, all objections,except they sent copies of 2 years of card statements and a copy of the terms of agreement. Nothing else.

I need to amend questions as I violated a procedure. Can I withdraw the questions only to rephrase as set 2 and submit a request for admission-they have no other docs to prove the debt, etc. Not sure if everything has to be withdrawn and resubmitted or I can amend only part of discovery. HELP... Need great answer here!
