When I flush my toilet, it always clears what is in the bowl. However, sometimes I hear the flushing sound and it clearly flushes,other times the toilet paper does clear from the bowl but there is no flushing sound, water just comes back into the bowl from the tank. Is there something I can do to always have a good flush?
