I have a noma programmable thermostat and its just not working! All I want to do is to get it to heat the room. I set it to 22C but it seems to be stuck at 20C. Though the "heat" option on the screen blinks, suggesting that it's warming up the room. But there is not heat coming into the room. Any suggestions?
