My fiancé was sleeping with a lady & she got pregnant with twins.he never denied them and he was coming to see them once every month. On the visit he would stay with his brother because she lives in another state.his brother invited me to a bbq and my fiancé let her know that I was coming and she wouldn't let the girls see him anymore so he filed for visitation.yesterday he met with the mediator and basically everything he ask for he didn't get.he can not afford to spend money every month to another state.he already pays child support for 4 kids, but he was tricked in signing to the once a month thing.how can he change it or maybe ask for no visitation cause the mother is crazy

I am biting my tongue right now, because you really don't want my opinion of this "man" you plan on marrying.

There's not much he can do. You stated that they met with a mediator and his requests were denied, which basically means the mother disagreed with what he was asking for and the order stayed as is.

He wasn't "tricked" into signing anything - it was his job to read it and understand it. If he didn't, then he shouldn't have signed.

If she is withholding the children from him when he is allowed to have visitation, then he needs to file for contempt of court against her. Although from your statement "...maybe ask for no visitation cause the mother is crazy" shows his true colors - he doesn't care enough to actually be around these little girls in the first place.

And if he "can't afford to spend money" on his own children, tell him to keep it in his pants.
