I file for spousal support from my husband he got a lawyer and file for a divorce, I file to vacate divorce decree but court got it after 30 days because they drugged their feet , and he got a quit marry and his lawyer sented me papers for the second time that the divorce is final and the judge did not agree with my papers filed to vacate the divorce and that is so why is lawyer just sent me the same paper , after we went to a master hearing and now I'am getting spousal support,because I file for that in march and he got remarried in June, how long will I get it and can I still overturn this divorce

In most countries of the world you can't force someone to remain married to you that doesn't want to be married to you.

Its clear he doesn't want to be for whatever reason.

I see no reason why any court would overturn a divorce decree when one party actually wanted the divorce.

But laws do vary and it helps to know what country you reside in. And its those laws that will apply.

THis really is in the wrong forum... this is a disabillities forum... and this is a marriage and divorce issue. I asked that it be moved.

There's nothing you can do to overturn the divorce. He wanted to divorce and the court granted it. He's remarried, so it's time for you to move on.

When the court granted you spousal support it should have designated a length of time that you would receive it. If it didn't, you need to contact your attorney to find out.
