I have tried:

1. Pressing Heated Dry, Hi Temp, Heated Dry, Hi Temp, close door, Start, open door, Cancel 2x's

2. Normal Wash, Heated Dry, Normal Wash, Heated Dry, Normal Wash, Heated Dry, Cancel

The green light did start flashing, but returned a few moments later when I tried to start a new wash cycle of any kind.

Any suggestions?
