Why is it so hard to forget someone that has hurt you in the past? And all you want to do is forget. But it seems like everyone and the world doesn't want you to forget..

Its hard to forget them because they hurt you mentally. For example; If you get cut, you hurt right? But you heel, and your fine, and you can forget about that little cut right? But when someone hurts you mentally... The wound is there forever, but can ALWAYS be heeled. Maybe not completely, but it can. There are many ways to at least try a little to heel that wound, at that would be to fill your entire life with the ones whom you love the most. Have fun! Call up that friend you haven't seen in a while, or take just a simple stroll outside. :) I hope I helped you

If your asking yourself why did they do this, I would like to suggest that you go with a friend and confront them with your concerns. The friend should be someone you can trust and the "meeting" should be in a safe location where you can ask the person if they have a clue about what they've done.
If the meeting isn't appropriate at this time, write a letter about your concerns and mail it to them not expecting a reply, but if they do maybe some
Understanding might come out of it. My concern in replying to your question is for your welfare alone and the sincerity in which you've asked..
