I've got a 20 yr old york stellar gas furnace the ciculation fan nolonger kicks on is there a thermastat for that I can check of some where I can get I diagram for wireing what my option?

Check to see if the fan is trying to start, it may just be a start capacitor, fairly common considering the age. If it is trying, open the fan housing and look for a small rectangular or round device located on or near the motor. Ground the 2 terminals, remove it and then go get a replacement at an electrical supply store. If nothing is happening at all, it could be the motor, wiring or something else and you should get a service technician in to look it over.
