My parents want to emancipate me for my grades and pull me out of school then kick me out of the house... I am totally against being emancipated and pulled out of school do I have to go along or is there a way that I can refuse and take a stand??

Your parents are stuck with you till you're 18. It's NOT a decision YOU have to make or go along with. Your parents simply CAN'T put you out.

No they can not, they can file a petition with family services to have you declared a deliquent and turned over to the state. But even that is not easy they will have to show a pattern of your bad behavior. They can also work with juv case workers about sending you to a boot camp. ( very good for people not being motivated)

So it sounds like you need to address YOUR grade problems.

If you are still in school (and are of comparable age) then you have little to worry about. They cannot have you emancipated against your will if you have not finished high school (unless you're 21 or older and not disabled.)
