My bathtub/shower has low water pressure all others are fine in house even the sink in the same bathroom has good pressure.
I removed shower head and knobs. Pressure is still low coming out of copper that stick through walls?

Is your pressure equally bad for both cold and hot? Usually one or the other is strong, most frequently the cold

When did this start? Has any other plumbing work been done around that time?

If the shower head is as bad as the spigot I'd suugest taking the mixer apart. There are many American Standard mixer with shower diverter. American Standard, Shower & Tub Diverters at PlumberSurplus.com (http://www.plumbersurplus.com/Cat/Shower-Tub-Diverters/1198/List?Brand=American+Standard) If we can pin it down I can tell you how to pull the cartridge to clean and hgrease it.
