I am a grad student currently on OPT and will soon be starting school next Fall. My fiancé is on H1 Visa until Dec and intends to start school in Fall 2011. We are getting married soon and was wondering if he could change his status to F2. Is that possible and what is the procedure?
I prefer to keep my married status private. Can that be possible and if not, which paperwork would show my married status?
