What do you see when you look at this log? Bouncing T-1?

Our issue is this. 2-3 times per day I feel our T-1 drops (for a split second) but that causes all users connected via Citrix to slow for a bit before it steadies out!

On the surface it does seem you loose the PPP connection. You need to find the reason why the PPP connection drops and not just that it did. So you'll need to enable additional debug/logging information at the layer below. Do you have the option to enable additional logging/debugging? What type of device is this?
