First it started perfect until his ex wanted to talk to me and stuff she told me that they still love each other and they are making plans to go out to the movies and plans to go out. But before she told me that my boyfriend was like I love you and stuff and he was getting me something nice for Christmas and we have has these problems before we are the breakup-makeup kind of people we have dated 4 times but last time he cheated on me with my best friends but then he said he regretted duping me for her so we got back together and now with his ex in the way its hard if I should trust him or not I mean I have made plans to defently dump him but I love him 2 much to but the thing is his ex still LOVES HIM completely so is she just trieing to tick me off but I keep thinging to tell him I know everything and you have to choose me or her but that doesn't mean pick me but run off to her its me or her huh hard HELPPP!!

I have a simple rule when it comes to dating. NEVER get involved with anyone who is still involved with their ex. Walk away now to avoid drama and possible heartbreak. It ain't worth it.

Are you sure that the ex isn't just trying to cause conflict between him and you? She may be jealous and just telling you stuff to break you up so she'll have a chance of getting him back.

If you really want care about him, don't believe anything the ex told you.

You indicate in your post that he cannot make up his mind. My question to you is why are you still with him!! Don't let anyone play games with your emotions. I would let him and his ex play the games between themselves and move on to find a real guy that will treat you like you deserve! Good luck
