I have brown ish discharge that happened today and last night. I had intercouse about 2 weeks ago and my period is very irregular. Is there a chance I may be pregnant? He did not ejaculate in me but we did not use any form on contraceptive and I am not on any type of birth control

Pregnancy is a possibility. There's more than enough sperm in pre-*** to get a woman pregnant, so ejaculating isn't necessary. That's why the pull out method doesn't work.

You'll have to take a pregnancy test to be sure, but it may be too early. When you do take the test (assuming that your period doesn't come) make sure to use first morning urine, it will give more accurate results.
