I fell down my stairs outside about an hour ago, they were icy and the next thing I knew I was at the bottom in aganizing pain. I bruised my tailbone, leg, hurt my shoulder and my arm. My arm is killing me I can't make a fist without it hurting, I also can't straighten my pinky(and it's not just a little bit of pain) I can't pick up a pillow or anything it hurts sooo bad! I don't want to go to the er if it's nothing... But it's swallon and bruised (it was almost instant) what can I do for it? Please don't suggest ice, I tried it and I cried, I can't put ANY pressure on it..

I'm going to suggest a doctor.

After all if anything is actually broken, or even a simple fracture... it can be properly treated.
