Hi, I have a 9.5kw triton t300si, unfortunately the water emitted by the shower is cold/cool and will not heat regardless of temp setting or pressure setting, there is not a problem with the pressure, upon opening the remote power pack, there are small droplets of water leaking from the stabilising valve which is connected to the stepper motor, is this the reason for the shower water being cold/ cool only. Is there a remedy I can administer or will I have to call the triton engineer. Checking the workings of the remote power pack everything else appears in order and correctly connected.
