I had a Janitrol HPT18-60 thermostat that I have replaced with the LUX TX9100E programmable thermostat and just want to make sure I have it wired correctly. I have a heat pump with emergency heat, the LUX does support 2 stage heat pumps.

The Janitrol was wired as follows:
Y = Yellow
G = Green
R = Red
O = Orange
W = White
E = Brown
C = Blue

I have wired the LUX as follows:
A = unused
RH jumpered to RC = Red
W2 = Brown and White (understood this to be second stage or emergency)
G = green
Y jumpered to W1 = yellow
O = orange
B = unused

My main question is the Janitrol had a W2 which was white wire and Emergency which was brown wire. The LUX wiring diagrams shows the W2 as the auxiliary so I put both white and brown wire to this.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide!
C = blue
