If a mother or father of an illegal child with the age of 16 is not cooperating with parent to make child a citizen already having child in us illegal can u take them to court?

My daughter is 16 and I would like to make her a citizen but her father won't cooperate with me to make her a citizen she has been in this country sense she was five I'm unable myself to make it cause of my status and I would like to take her father to court he being a citizen so that he may do as such is this possible?

What country is this in? What country was the child born in and is the "father" you speak of the child's bio father ?

I doubt in the US there is any law that would make a parent do this. I can't understand why he would not.

You can sue the parent for paternaty. I'm assuming the father is American. If so once you win the paternity and can prove your child was born in that country the child would get it automatically.

Probably yes, but I guess the case will be dismissed with prejudice.
