I have a 1995 honda civic and it won't start. When I try to start it all the lights come on but it doesn't make a sound. We replaced the starter and that didn't work, we checked all the fuses inside and out and still nothing.. Any ideas??

I would start at your battery. How many volts first. If too low the solenoid on the starter would be able to engage and push the starter gear into contact with you flywheel gear. Usually sounds like a hollow click and nothing happens. (Could also show a bad spot on starter windings.)

If volts are between 12.5 - 14 then you need to consider taking the battery to a quality parts store and having them check the amp caapability of the battery. Over time the cranking amps capacity does decrease and you will need to replace the battery after a given period, usage, (lack of usage) and weather conditions. This is why there are $20 batteries and $100+ batteries (cranking amps)

Good luck
