We recently installed a 5 ton, 15.5 SEER Rheem Prestige Comfort Control 2 series split system heat pump including the matching 4 wire communicating T-stat. Everything is wired, put in a new line set for the 401A. Now we're getting a "D3" (airflow mismatch) reading on the heat pump ckt board. The compressor comes on for 5 seconds with the test button; however, the condenser fan didn't come on during test (nor any other time). The T-stat "finds" the heat pump and air handler but that's all. Rheem assures us that the air handler and heat pump are designed for each other. So, how can we bypass this bogus reading and get this thing started? Would appreciate the help. The model numbers are:
HEAT PUMP: RPRL060JEC, AIR HANDLER: RHPLHM6024JC, TSTAT: 501 COMMUNICATING RHC-TST501CMMS
