Your piercer should give you a cleaning solution, use this 2/3 times a day on your piercing for at least a few weeks then narrow it down to twice a day for a few weeks and then once a day.. if you piercer doesn't give you a solution you need: sea salt crystals and warm water.. boil the kettle and add three teaspoons of sea salt crystals into a jug, pour in about 250ml of water and let it cool a little before cleaning your piercing. Always have clean fingers when you're cleaning your piercing even if you are cleaning it with a cotton bud. Good luck.

Romona is completely right. Also. Don't touch and try to sleep on the opposite side. Constant pressure while you sleep can piss it off.
