First, the phrase is FOUND INNOCENT not "proved". If you went to trial and received a verdict of not guilty, then the prosecution failed to prove its case, not that you were proven to be innocent.

And the police are required to keep records of arrests, investigations etc. Who has access to those records will depend on the results of the investigation.
