Ok so after a break up I've read you go through stages of grief and I guess I went through a lot of them, but I'm feeling like now I'm at the acceptance stage because I've let go of everything but I'm not sure because I also feel like I've given up on dating and guys! I feel like I'm not going to find a decent guy and I just feel like maybe I should just stay single the rest of my life. Is this also part of they grieving cycle after a break up? Or is this just something else?

Just know that you are awesome/special and that you would find someone else who would make you feel special too. I talked to my cousin and she went through the same thing. If your not ready don't date guys till you are ready. Have fun do things for yourself that would make you feel good. The perfect guy would come soon. These feelings are all normal I felt something similar though I felt like I would never get a boyfriend because of this reason but I told myself the same things. It keeps me having hope that I will find my first boyfriend. I'm sure u will find another man who will make you feel even better than before.
