Was instructed by the court service in Hawaii to file for an Ex-Parte in a child support case. My ex-wife moved out of state 4 years ago against the divorce decree. I didn't file motion because I didn't want to upset the children or fight with the ex again. So she left with us agreeing on reasonable visitation, which was also left up to us in our divorce decree. How do I fill out the Ex-Parte correctly so the judge will hear my case about her leaving the state. She filed here in Hawaii (she now lives in Colorado) for the oldest son (19) to still receive child support, since he is now a full time student. Not sure how write it correctly, please help.
