I would run bloodwork to make sure there isn't anything urine and stool can't see.
In the meantime, you can try to feed your dog small amounts at a time to avoid bolting the food. If you end up feeding dry again there are special food bowls that force a dog to eat slow - or you could throw a large (not able to swallow) rock in the bowl to force it to eat slower.

How old is she?
What has her vet said? It will help us have an idea of what to suggest trying next.

Has the vet given you any idea of what is going on with your dog? Does he/she think your pup is healthy other than how it is eating or that something else could be wrong? How long has this been going on? Did something in her environment change such as adding a new pet or baby to trigger this behavior?
To add to Sariss' suggestions, some people have found that using a muffin pan to separate the food into smaller portions helps.
