I want to know if I have any rights to my daddy. He did NOT have a will or anything.

My dad past in 1999 he has 7 kids only 1 was of age so he got them.

So he passed away 11 years ago. Sorry to hear that... problem is all disbursements would have been made of his assets years ago. You would essentually NOT be able to sue for or lay claim to anything you didn't already get.
