Hi I wanted to know that can I use GRE web score card for F1 Visa interview as I have not received the mail in GRE score card yet? My interview is in few days.Please help.

I think you can. Normally people receive their score card within three months after they have taken the test. As you have not received it yet, you have no other options but to take the WEB score card with you. Just explain it to them and hope they will understand. Take your TOEFL score card with you too.
