I had Consensual Sex with another dude who was 16 and I was 22 & this occurred in Florida in 1996. However, in 2009 I got a letter from the California office of the attorney general advising me I am no longer required to register in the state of California as a sexual offender. Now, I have walked across the mexican border from san diego with just a California identification card (no passport) and was authorized entry. So I am wondering if I can legally move there since there is no documentation process as far as walking across the border, because there was no stamping passports or anything. Mexico is nice and living there would be a lot cheaper than it would be living in the ****ed up united states because I cannot move to no other states without being subject to these messed up sex offender residency restriction laws that are building up like horse sh*t.
