I have this not on top of my foot that came out of no where it started hurting this morning now its formed a bump and I'm terribly scared I have bad anxiety and it sending me to panic attacks please tell me what it could be I'm so scared it on my top right foot.. I have bad authritis and retaining water bad but its not that it's a huge knot... please please help me out
