Dear Dr. Zakir Naik
Assalamualikum, I am from Bangladesh. There is a Foundation named as " Quantum Foundation" which main activities to teach meditation. They encourage people to do meditation two times in a day. They also said that by doing it one can achieve the power of phyche who can cure the Disease of other & also able to describe the appearance of a unknown face. Now the question, is it possible or what islam says about doing Meditation? Ther's web sit is: www.quantummethod.org.bd.

Wasalaam :)

Do forgive me if I am wrong.. though as far as I know Im pretty sure meditation isn't something you not allowed to do. Well my mum told me that meditation is actully really good for the mind and stuff.. so its good to clear your mind and that you should meditate.. its good for uu :)

Hope this helps..
