I am biological father but not on birth certificate I have contedted the adoption what can I exspect at court hearing?

We need to know more about your situation. How old is the child? Why are you contesting? Is the child already with adoptive parents?

Most importantly, WHERE are you? Location is very important, because adoption laws vary by location.
